Years 7 - 9

A range of compulsory subjects and courses which include the National Curriculum. Our major aim is to develop knowledge, skills and understanding which form the foundation for future study at Key Stage 4 and beyond and build on successful work at partner primaries.

All the subjects or courses below are studied in years 7 to 9. We have 5 lessons a day, each of 60 minutes duration. There are 50 lessons in each fortnightly cycle. The numbers in the blocks show the number of lessons in that subject each fortnight.

Each subject or course on the timetable is organised by a HEAD OF DEPARTMENT or FACULTY who is the member of staff responsible for deciding what is taught and how the classes are arranged in that subject.
